It has become more obvious to us over the last decade or so, that the success of the construction professions and in particular our company lies with maintaining the high standard of ‘new blood’ coming into the profession. We employ surveyors at all levels and have a good record of retaining staff. Each year we fill training positions with either graduates or college leavers who need to be mentored through the challenging process that is professional qualification.
